I’m a lucky person who’s made some good choices! I came to Sydney in 2008 for a year and never looked back. Blessed with a Jack Russell called Nibbler, a son called Peter and a partner called Andrew (and a daughter-in-law, Katie and mother, Elaine…….you get me?)

My passion is people – with a business focus. I’ve spent 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry in various roles across Northern Europe, first in sales, moving into training and development and then HR at a director level in Retail and now in Tech. I’m Australian MD and Group People Director of Reward Gateway, we provide employee engagement technology to companies to help them attract, engage and retain the best employees. The company’s products power employee communications, employee recognition, and employee benefits through a single employer-branded hub called SmartHub®. I’m pretty passionate about RG too and what we do – helping to make the world a happier place to work.
